I have installed a brand new York a/c. When I went to start the system the condenser and fan turned on for 3 seconds and shut off. The suction line will read 100psi and then drop down to 60psi. All the voltage readings are in order, the lines are clear & have not been punctured, i have changed the disconnect box and have replaced the circuit board on the furnace. I have spoken to York and they told me to install a new unit, which I did and I still had the same issue.
Any opinions on what the problem may be? The only thing I can think of that hasn't been done, is to change the evaporator coil.
