Compressor and furnace replacement: $5686 goodman or $7911 lennox

In Omaha Nebraska, compressor shot; recommended I also replace my 20 year old furnace.

$5686 installed: Goodman GSX13 Compressor (13 Seer) Goodman GMSS96 Furnace (93%)

$7911 installed (with 400 rebate) Lennox EL195E (95%) Lennox XC14 (15 seer)

Any advice out there.
