Ok gents. Brand new house. Brand new AC. 2 units, one for each floor. My daughters room is about 8-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the floor. Even the hallway leading to said room is noticeably cooler. We keep the stat at 77. What would an hvac tech do to fix this issue? Is it even fixable?
