Need some commercial advice

Hello all! I need some guidance please :)

Just moved our company to a new 50,000 sq ft building. We have 19 thermostats...I would like to centralize everything so that it is easy to optimize and operate.

I had a company come out and take a look. They have some proprietary software they created that allows you to go to a website from any device and pull your building up, see/control your zones etc. They needed to install some hardware which they had in the line items of the quote - but the quote was $54k!!!!!

There is ZERO ROI for us to do this...They claim "30% savings"...which im sure is a stretch - however we have a 5 year lease and even if they saved us 30% that is only $36k...So why would we pay $54k to save $36k??

Any thoughts on centralizing my thermostats to one controller, software or app?

I saw that ecobee has a commercial version out now which looks like it could work, I just do not have much experience in this area. Any help or direction/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Rob
