Switching Honeywell Pro 3000 to RTH6580WF this afternoon

Hi all! I have a Trane XR14 heatpump. I'll be installing the programmable Wifi thermostat this afternoon in place of basic Pro3000 for this unit.

The wiring looks to be simple. E/Aux are together on the 6580 (jumper installed on Pro3000), and I will be placing an O wire into the 0/B terminal on the 6580.

The function settings are what I have a question about...

Function 1 is system type. I know I have electric strips for extra heating, no oil or propane system - just the heat pump...would my system be (5) heat pump WITH back/auxiliary heat or (1) WITHOUT? I'm guessing (5) on this?

Function 3 is Heating fan control - gas/oil is (0) and electric is (1). I'm guessing (1) on this?

The CPH is something else I'm confused on. I've read many places that people recommend setting to 3 (three times in one hour), some recommend 5...the manual says 9 for electric furnance. What are some thoughts on this? What is best for electricity bills?

Can't wait to get it up and running! Thank you!
