AC Unit Noise When it's Extremely Hot Outside

https://youtu.be/miX43qzeXJg Hey Everyone,

So for the past couple of years on really hot days here in Southern California, usually when it's over hundred degrees outside my AC unit will turn on and make this noise. After a couple days or later on in the season it doesn't happen again. In the previous summers whenever the unit started making this noise, I would completely spray down the unit including all of the coils and the noise itself would disappear after a bit. About a week ago I noticed that the unit had a hard time clicking on. At that point I performed the stick test and was able to replace the capacitor and the unit was working just fine for the whole entire week. I've been told that it may be the fan motor, however, yesterday I went ahead and added lube/oiled the fan motor and listening closely, I don't believe the noises coming from the fan motor at all. At this point, I'm sure it's no longer a do-it-yourself scenario. Just wanted to see if I can get some tips on narrowing down the issue. Could it be the compressor itself? Is it just too hot? Is it a lack of freon? High Pressure issue? Again, the weird part is that the problem will usually go away when it's not this hot outside. Thanks again for any advice.
