Calculator to assess ROI of different HVAC options?

I'm debating between several options for HVAC upgrades:

1. Gas furnace + heat pump
2. Air handler + heatpump

And obviously between these options there's considerations for what % efficiency even within option 1.

A lot do this has to do with the climate you live in and what the cost of natural gas vs electricity is.

I assume there must be some calculator that I can use to plug numbers in to get some advice.

For example it may not make sense to go with a 95% efficient gas furnace vs 80% or even gas furnace at all with the heat pump only option.
