Huge price disparity for HVAC (furnace + a/c)

I've been getting quotes for a 2 stage variable speed 80% eff furnace + a 1 stage 14 Seer A/C. Been looking at Rheem, Carrier, Tranne.

But anyways i've gotten quotes from $7000 to $14000 for these systems. i've been trying to pick contractors with good reviews using 3 different sources.

I think they are all offering the same models and coils that go with it... I mean am I missing something such as are there things that i should be making sure to check off? Maybe the lowest offer doesn't come with any of the coils and only comes with the a/c and furnace boxes?

For example all the carriers i've been quotes are i'm pretty sure the infinity 80% one... but the majority are charging like $4-5K just for the furnace and 2 are charging like $7K for both.

1 has bad reviews (company sent by home warranty), but the other I liked. To good to be true? anything I should make sure are included?
