DIY Mini-Duct system for 3000sqft house built in 1953.

Hey, HVAC. I bought a house that was built in '53, and expanded in '75 and '85. The final result is a 3000 sqft house with 1/3 of it having forced air gas, and the rest on a 46 year old American Standard boiler, with no AC anywhere. Due to the boiler, the house has no duct work for the most part.

I am interested in installing a Mini-Duct system. Forced air heat and cooling, inside my existing walls. Are there any providers for parts that are reasonable? Is there a used market for air handlers that can push that kind of pressure? I would also consider a commercial style packaged air handler and custom duct work, if i can run it on 230 single phase. I am located in 44262, and it's safe to assume i have zero insulation.

Any tips you can offer?

Thanks!
