how to evacuate r410 from mini split to recharge

hello guys im an electrical apprentice and avid DYER so please bear with me. i dont claim to be an hvac tech i just like doing stuff. i research a topic a lot before i dig into it.

i have installed about 5-6 mini split units for myself and family. they are really not that hard to install since they come pre-charged for specific line set. i just make sure i pull a good vacuum and after it holds i release the charge and all of them have worked tremendously.

one at my best friends place started not cooling after a year . went and checked out everything and the PSI is at like 30 when running and 150 when off so it indicatess low charge.i also saw some oily residue around the pipes .the more i read about r410 they prefer for the whole refrigerant to me removed and and recharged from start.

so my question is. how would i go about removing the existing refrigerant so i can pull another vacuum and charge from start.?

thanks in advance and sorry if you guys think im an idiot. i sewar if you ask an electrical question i wont think you are an idiot
