Hey guys, was on a service call today no cooling and we replaced the evap coil last year and this year it's not cooling. So I found a leaky schrader and weak capacitor. Keep in mind this unit is 20 years old and we replaced the coil cause the pan was leaking. Anyways I'm trying to charge this system and I get the pressures to where it normally is on these old ass Armstrongs but my superheat is close to 40 with a psi of 68 on the low side and 170 on the high side. I got him to replace the unit but still trying to figure out why I didn't have a good superheat or temp drop in the house
