AC stopped working. Both outdoor unit and indoor blower do not come on.

Last night my AC stopped working. I was only able to do some quick checks before going to work this morning:

• Thermostat set below current temp and in the "cool" position.
• No tripped breakers inside.
• I pulled the panel off to check for error codes on my control board, but the light was not on.

My plan after work is to grab my voltmeter and check that the control board is actually getting power. What should that voltage be? Anything else I should be checking first/next steps?
