So I'm in a rent house and its the weekend so I figured I'd give this a shot and see if anyone could guide me in the right direction. Basically as the title says, the fans running, the air is "cold" but barely blowing. I'm not very familiar with this stuff but I took out the filter located in the upstairs hallway and it was covered in about an inch of dust. That didn't seem to help. Any help is appreciated.
