Our AC unit in our small office building went out. We have had a Bard unit out there for 20+ years.
We went thru a contractor and ordered an installation of two Bard - 3 Ton Wall mounts (w36aa-a10). http://www.bardhvac.com/digcat/s3364_techdoc_cd/TechDoc-PDF/S3502.pdf
Today he called and said the wait for that Bard unit is 5-7 weeks and he suggested a similar product that would take 5-7 days and he could start working on it this week. The product is a Eubank V Series. The link is below. http://www.eubankncc.com/pdf/Eubank_Sales_Flyer.pdf
He said there would be no price difference in the product change.
I found that kind of odd. Is this Eubank product the same value as the Bard originally ordered? If so, should I give him the go ahead?
