Cannot get my water heater to turn on (X-post from r/fixit)

Hello, I apologize if this is simple, but we are way out of my world with these kind of things.

A few days ago my water heater was fine, but I noticed today I had no hot water. I flipped the "emergency" switch a few times to see if it would reset, but the lights on the control box flicker and turn off. Attached are pics of the control box and model and serial info. Any help or places to look would be appreciated.

It's a Burnham, and it's about 7 years old.
