So I am a noob and want get ac in my new condo because it is hot. I spoke to my hoa and they said to get a mitsubishi or fujitsu of whatever I just wrote in the title. 12k to 18k btu. Should I just be going to home depot and asking for a quote on such products or is there a more cost effective/consumer friendly method to this process? I don't mind spending the money, I just don't like being so ignorant about what I'm buying and it's effectiveness. 800 sqft 1 bedroom condo. Would I need 2 or would one serve the whole place? If this is already quite well documented and I'm being a nub about it, please point me in the right direction, thanks.
