I live in a two year old building and I don't think that the heatpump system is performing up to par. However as this is the first home I have owned with a heatpump I am not sure how cold they are supposed to get. Today was 30c and the heatpump was able to cool the apartment to 26c with it being set at 21.5c. Does this sound appropriate for a heat pump?
