split system txv r-22 system goodman

compressor going off on internal overload found operating pressures for r-22 today was at 120 low side with a 300 then rockets up to 400 psi then goes off on internal overload cannot even see system go steady im assuming though my experiance in the field that it would be most likley 410a mixmatched into a r`22 system or nitrogen or contaminents never seen this before any answers ? system is a 3 ton i dont think a restriction or faulty metering device would cause this issue due to you would have a lower than normal operating suction pressure and a higher head pressure with that
