Let's say I have a 400 sq. ft. apartment with 10ft ceilings that's on the top floor. Normal temperatures outside during the day is 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 80 degrees at night. I want to keep the apartment at 70 degrees. How do I calculate the size of air conditioner I would need?
