Air condition motor broke two mounting studs.

While I was outside earlier I heard my AC making an awful noise. I go and check it out and find that two of the four studs that hold the fan to the top(shroud?) have sheared off. Now the motor is hanging on by two screws and is very unsafe to run. It looks like the studs screw into the motor. Any idea if these are replaceable? My pregnant wife is already upset we won't have the AC for the night. I don't want to tell her we will not have it tomorrow night either. I am quite handy, but never worked on an AC before. The motor serial number is a S1-fhm3468, by Mars I believe. I am not sure if I am going to be able to get an HVAC company to come out tomorrow. Plus, with a kid on the way I would like to save a few schmeckles. What is a good way to fix this?
