Converting from r22

Hi everyone. I have 3 goodman units, model crt36, that are 10 years old, 3 ton, 10 seer. Split unit, on ground and in attic (with heat pump up there) as well. I've dumped $2600 in repairs this year alone and one of them is freezing up and I don't want to throw good money after bad. FYI I live in Phoenix AZ so ACs are vital to a any hope of comfort.

Two questions please: what should be included and is this a fair price.

What should be included.... Quote includes Runn 14 Seer, new thermostats, new gas flex, safety drain overflow control, new secondary drain pan, repair scuttle and trim. Using existing pads outside. I was told it included replacing the furnace parts, but I don't see it specifically called out. When getting bids, one contractor mentioned including a plenum box. So... What should be included in the price?

Second question, is 6k per unit a fair price? Includes 10 years parts and labor.

Thanks! Janet
