Did I undersell myself?

Hey guys, you may remember me from a bit ago, I made a post about what hvac in the civilian world is like. Long story short, I do HVAC in the Air Force, and I'll be getting out in December ish time frame.

Yesterday I accepted a position with a company in my hometown for 25 an hour. It seems like a really good company, employee owned, quarterly bonuses, etc. It's commercial work, chillers, boilers, all that junk.

The reason I feel like I undersold myself is that when they asked me what compensation I would need, I said 25 an hour and they immediately said "oh okay Yeah that should be fine". So I'm thinking I could have got more, but I've had bad experiences with the last few companies I worked at concerning pay negotiations, so I was unwilling to ask for more. Plus, I didn't wanna be like "oh I need 25" and then when they said that would be no problem just all the sudden go "oh wait actually I need more". But when I look at the average salaries for commercial hvac techs online, they are all under what I'm going to be making. So I have no idea.

Anyways, I'm not asking you guys to start rattling off your salaries or anything, mostly I'm just curious, since I already accepted their offer anyways it's not like there is anything I can do about it.
