Need a guestimate on what i'd be looking at for a new HVAC.

I'm looking for a rough estimate on a new HVAC unit for my town home.

The unit I currently have is a 1985 Trane that is still running like a champ. It's actually yet to give me any problems, but with the weather we've been having lately, I wanted to get a few estimates ready in case the day comes it breaks down so I don't melt.

My current unit is 2.5ton. My town home is 2 stories, but shares 2 walls and is 1440sqft. I was looking to stay with using a Train because of how long my current one has lasted.
