What would cause refrigerant lines to sound like I'm purging air for boiler loop?

Hey guys. So this is my first year in a van so I'm not sure on this. Its an r-22, unfortunately I don't have sizing/model serial before I forgot to get it but it's a Goodman if that helps. I had 65 suction and 205 liquid pressure and it was about 65-70 outside inside was 72 degrees. My pressures weren't fluctuating so I shouldn't have air in the lines, and my pressures seem fine, coming back beer can cold to the condenser. We had though rerouted the refrigerant lines in the winter because they did work on the house and added duct to one room that was added. The line comes in under the first floor and shoost up a wall into the attic where it goes into the unit. Sound mostly seems to be coming from where it 90s. Any ideas? Any diagnosis I missed ? Any advice would be great.
