Condensation problems on ducting near air handler

Could use some advice on minimizing condensation associated with the ducting above my air handler. This unit is in my hallway closet, and two sides of the ducting are very wet (left side and back, where there is less airflow). There is also mold on the back wall (separated by a couple inches from the duct).
