House Heater doesn't stay on anymore

Hello everyone,

I live in Southern California and my 1960's era house has a Custom-Aire TU-75D. Its a gas heater. We don't use it much because the climate here is usually nice, but its been fairly cold at night the last few weeks. It was working great except for some clicking noises while it was on and running, but didn't seem to affect it? Now it just turns off after its been on a few minutes, if I can even get it on anymore in the first place. Pilot light stays on, all the rest of the heat and fan turn off.

Is this old heater worth looking at, or should I be looking into getting a new one? Not that I have much money, but a working heater might be necessary with the recent weather.

Thanks, let me know if I need more details/pictures.
