Replaced blown blower motor/ECM and circuit board. Now I blower won't stay on.

The ECM on my 1/2 HP blower for my Carrier Infinity 58MVC went out. The capacitors were literally blown off the board. I ordered a new blower and nothing would work, I checked the 3 AMP fuse by the status code led. So I ordered a HK42FZ026 to replace my HK42FZ022 board according to this dealer service bulletin

I moved the model plug and changed all the DIP switches to the same configuration as my old board.

I took pictures of the wiring so I would hook it up exactly the same.

Now, If I turn the controls on my thermostat to Fan > On and System > Off. The fan will turn on full speed, which is what this setting has always done, and it will run this way for days ( I'm using this mode right now to circulate air because I'm burning wood in my fireplace to heat my house)

But now if I change it to System > Heat the furnace will change to heat mode. Fan speed is reduced and the burners kick on and warm that house to whatever temp I set it to and the blower will turn off. Once the temp drops and it needs to restart, I get a Code 41 Blower Motor Fault. The only way to fix this is to turn the thermostat to System > Off and turn off the main power to the furnace. I'll wait a couple hours and turn it back on and it will start up again, as long as the thermostat is set to System > Off.

If I leave it on heat I immediately get the code 41 again. Are there other settings I need to adjust?

Between wood and electric heaters I'm paying more than what I normally pay during the winter. So I hope there's an easy fix.
