Never had an AC tune up but thinking we should as we've been in the house for 3 years... What should I expect? Do they only work outside or do they come inside too? What parts of the house will they need access to?
The previous owners still have the sticker of the company they used, this is what that company lists as what a tune up consists of, does this sound reasonable for $69?

Evaporator Coils
Fuses
Drain Lines
Relays
Indoor Blower Motors
Outdoor Fan Motors
