Home AC questions

I bought a house in NW Florida a couple years ago. The AC was 20 years old then. It ran, although a little loud. I had the intention of just leaving it in place until it craps out, but after almost 3 years I have yet to have a single issue with it. It is an American Standard Heritage 10. I believe 2 ton. Mfg date of 12/95.

House is almost 1,500 sq ft. I like to keep the house in the low 70s. It's blowing about 50F right past the AC, and 60f at the vents. It does a pretty decent job of keeping the house cool. I just went in the attic and taped up a couple seems that had blown.

My question is, should I still look in to replacing it to conserve electricity? Would I see a large difference in electric bill by changing from Seer 10 to a more efficient seer? I'd kind of like to get as much use out of it as I can due to other imminent house repairs, but if it would make a large difference, I might need to look in to it.

Also, on the ducting, should that be replaced, or does it not really go bad? I imagine it's atleast as old as the AC.
