HVAC replacement

Looking at replacing an HVAC that was destroyed in a home. The ductwork is still ok, but the heater, coil, and condenser need replacement.

Got quoted the following (it's a single level 2100sf home in the bay area of CA)

Bryant Products brr 915sa60120s24 brr 105ana060000 brr cnpvp6024ala

looks like it's a 95% eff single stage 120kbtu furnace and a 5 ton? AC

Seems like overkill, but the ducts are big (maybe 16"). The house is pretty well insulated, but all the windows in the back of the house are single pane.

Don't really have time to go for a Manual J load calc. But I'd like some feedback on the Bryant Products stuff that's been quoted.

I can easily do two stage controls, so maybe I should ask for that? Don't know what the plan is for a fan.

Thanks In Advance
