I apologize in advance if I get some terminology wrong. I just moved into a new house and I noticed that my vents are barely pushing any air. I called a tech out and he set the fan speed in from 4 to 5 in the condenser but it seems to have done nothing. He also checked the coolant and gave us the OK. We have a 4 ton system in an 1800sq foot house. It's currently 91 degrees outside and the AC is struggling to keep the indoors anything lower than 78. Any help or tips is appreciated.
