This neighborhood moves fast so I'm trying to make an educated guess. I know this depends on a lot of factors. (I work with vehicle radiators daily).
What's the % change i should estimate for when looking at heating and cooling bills?
What's the ballpark break down on mid level system? I'm guessing 6k where it's half for furnace and half for ac. I'm trying to figure out if I'm off by 10k or 2k.
