Hello, my apartment has a pair of Mitsubishi Mr Slim units (one each for the living room and bedroom). While the bedroom unit still works a little, the living room unit seems to be blowing lukewarm/warm air instead of cool air. I've lived there for two years, but I'm not sure how old the units actually are. Am I supposed to have regular maintenance done so that both heat and AC work when I want it to?
