Please help! Crappy AC, but AC unit checks out ok?

Hi all! Last year (June 16) I had my evap coil replaced. Last week, on our first hot day, I ran the AC to see how it was working. The outside temp was 74, and my inside temp was 79, the set-point for the AC was 72. Something was quite wrong. I called a professional out.

The tech looked at the unit, and said that it was obviously not cooling the house very well, but the AC itself was working. I have a downflow HVAC unit, with a newish Goodman VSX130301AB AC and a Frigidaire FG6RK096C. The measurements are:

ESP:07C' w.c, OT 65F, SP 115 PSIG, ST 42F, LP 230PSIG, LT 74.3F, Superheat 4F, Sub cool 5F, Delta-T 17F.

So, we were reading 55F on the output of the AC going into the slab, but 62F at the nearest register about 10-15ft away.

I don't really know what to do at this point. What is my next step? Blower is good and on high speed, if the AC is working, but my house isn't cooling, what do I do?
