Tech trainee just entering the field: What sort of training/certification can I get a head-start on? OSHA, NATE, etc.

I just got hired after finishing a 10-month HVAC trade program and I've got my EPA 608 universal. What else can I start studying or preparing for?

Any advice or resources you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
