In which way do you show your customer's you appreciate their business? Apart from actually saying it, do you offer them anything or give them anything after you've completed an installation? Or just very little things to give them of yours (pens, magnets, cups, etc.)
What about $20 gift card to dairy queen? I think that's a cool idea especially if it's in the summer.
