AC is running but not cooling. I assume it the scroll compressor?

Air handler runs, condenser fan runs, but air out of the condenser isn't warm. Should I assume it's the compressor itself, or Should I try to diagnose in some other way.

I already know I am screwed. This is the second unit to go out of 6. The rest can't be too far behind.
