Where do I go to buy commercial air registers?

Hi HVAC experts: I really want to replace the ugly round air registers in my house with these guys: https://www.titus-hvac.com/Products/Diffusers/R-OMNI#

I can't find anyone that carries these online, how does one go about buying Titus registers?
