I have a 5000 sq ft, full floor office in Manhattan, NYC. It is not the top floor of the building, but the floor right under the top floor. We are in the market for a new Air Conditioner unit. Currently we have an old, 7 ton, Friedrich unit. The 7 ton unit also supplied supplemental heating (because at night the building will "shut the heat off" and during winter if people work late they would turn on the heat in this unit). The 7 ton unit also didn't quite cool the whole floor, so we need like a 10 ton unit now.
We want a 10 ton unit that is quiet, reliable, maybe good warranty, has "supplemental" heating capabilities. Please give me recommendations!
