I Need advise on employment options. Should i learn a new part of the industry or excel in what i know?

I took a vacation this week with the intention of doing some interviews. Everybody said yes. And now i am stuck deciding between my two top choices. My background is heavy on residential and decent amount of light commercial up to 50 tons One outfit does primarily residential and small amount of light commercial. They have the intention of doing more commercial and asked me to take the lead on this if i choose. The owner came from the field and is now in the office. He know his stuff but now focusing on making stable growing company. The other is primarily a light commercial and some larger stuff up to 400 tons . They know i have not worked on that size equipment but want to train me on the equipment. The owner really knows the field inside and out and is still spinning wrenches. I really enjoyed both of the crews i met at both companies and they seem to have some great minds employed. Both are offering what i asked in compensation. Both supplying the same benefits. I want to go with the commercial company because i know it would be great for my future and not leave me isolated in one part of the industry. But the residential wants to break into more commercial and i can help develop the company more. I want to be more well rounded in my understanding of the industry. I want to take up a management position. They both can compensate me well. Both well been around for over 15 years. And both have the priority for high quality work. I really do like teaching, i do most the training for my current outfit. But i wanna be setup to have a future when i am older. Any ideas.
