Is Furnace and Thermostat Wired for Two-Stage?

I had a Carrier Performance 59TP6A Furnace Installed. I have a Honeywell WIFI Thermostat (Manual)

Here are 6 photos of the thermostat wiring, and furnace control board, and the furnace manual(We have central air, with an older single stage AC.)

I'm wondering if the thermostat and furnace are wired for the two-stage heat? It doesn't look like it to me, but the sales guy said two-stage should just work, it doesn't need to be wired. I told him to send someone back anyway to check, which they are on Monday, and I wanted to be sure whether I need to push to wire it or not.
