R 22 flush

I am having some what of an argument with my management with using a line flush such as pro flush. My schooling and knowledge tells me that r22 and 410 oils do not play well together. I just recently stated with a company that doesn't supply me with any kind of line set flush when retrofitting r22 systems to 410 systems. The new company I am working for says a nitrogen purge is good enough. Now I know some oil is left behind and some systems I have changed out are because of a compressor burn out.

My question is... shouldn't every line be flushed out with some type of cleaner? Or is nitrogen "good enough".
