I wasn't sure where to post this but I've noticed that when it gets cold out/ it turns winter, a weird smell is emitted from my bedroom wall. The wall is brick and it smells vaguely like burning/dusty/possibly electrical? It is not that strong except for at certain points of the wall. I am thinking it might have something to do with heating. I live in Brooklyn in an apartment. I have torn apart my room cleaning several times but the scent will never decrease once it is cold.
It isn't a horrible scent but it is very strong when I am laying down in bed near my wall and I am a little worried about it being unsafe.
