28 years old and just started the trade. I work in a smaller commercial service outfit and find the work challenging yet very enjoyable.
However as a new apprentice I understood I was going to take a hit in the pay scale -and had started at 15$/hr on the island in BC Canada.
Was curious what other first year apprentices across the country were getting paid for their respective sectors?
Also curious how busy everyone was? Last 2 weeks I only got 51 hrs (althought it was xmas/nye).
