Hello everyone:
I am currently facing a problem regarding controlled environment during winter. My current setup require extensive cooling inside a small confined space, the ideal room temperature is between 60-65F (15-18C), 24/7/365. The amount of heat generated in the small space is quite large, there are 3 car-sized machines operating 24-7.
Right now we have a regular home rooftop unit that freeze up when outside temperature is below ~40F (4C) and would take almost a day to defrost, and the inside temperature spike over 90F (32C).
I know there are outside units with build-in heater or a complete different architect to bypass the ice buildup problem, but I'm not sure where to look for those, I would be thrilled if anyone here can give me some kind of guide/advice! (what we need is on the boarder between an AC to a med-low temperature chiller)
Thank you in advance!
