Duct-Mounted HEPA Cleaner with Evaporative Cooler?

Typically, HEPA whole house cleaners are used with HVAC systems.

But, I was wondering if I could use the duct-mounted versions of whole house HEPA cleaners in a house with roof evaporative cooler and roof-vented wall furnace?

We have 3 return vents for the evaporative cooler (2 bedrooms and living room). And 2 wall furnaces. If we could do it for just the evaporative cooler that would be good enough for me.
