HVAC Noise.

This is an attic system split part in attic part outside. The system just tonight started making the noise. Have had a few problems with the unit but never this exact problem. When I turn the unit off I hear a noise similar to someone saying shhhhh. I felt the Freon line and I could feel liquid (Freon) going through the line itself. The unit works as in it still heats up the house to the level we set it. You can feel the nice same heat and the IR thermometer still registers the same degrees. I am not sure if this noise is normal being as it's a scroll compressor or if I should have a hvac tech come out and check the system out. It's only a year and 3 months old. I shouldn't be having a complete replacement after just this short period of time so hopefully it's fixable. I have the parts under warranty just not the labor so I am not sure how much this will cost nor am I really worried so much about the cost to fix. I would be a bit worried about the cost to replace the unit though. I just need some help in figuring out what to this noise is it's driving me crazy and it's getting cold tonight.
