I initially posted this in /r/HomeImprovement but was told it fit better here. I hope you guys don't mind. Basically, I bought a tankless water heater a year ago when my old boiler died. I enjoyed the research phase so much that I decided to write an in-depth guide.

I haven't seen too many in-depth guides going into all the details of buying a tankless, so I decided to write one. I bought a Tagaki about a year ago and am very happy with the results. It's currently handling all the hot water needs for my home, and I'm saving on average $300 annually on electricity. Hopefully this guide will help others who are looking into tankless water heaters. You can find it here.
