Stumped my diamond Mitsubishi installer: P5 error code on Mr. Slim MSZ-FH18NA -- out of ideas / fixes

This post represents a shot in the dark.

My unit, installed in January '16 - for one month straight now will auto-shutdown every 10-16 hours and flash a green light on the indoor unit 5 times. Prior, the unit functioned perfectly for 330 days (days since install).

This is seemingly indicating a P5 error. Troubleshooting manuals for my model state this is an over current protection error. Every other single system evaluation comes back at 100% perfect.

After staying off for 4-6 hours, I can sometimes have success in getting it to restart with no issue. The above process then repeats itself.

My original installer has replaced the outdoor controller board two times but the issue persists. He's made more than 7 visits to my home in one month. He's tapped out on ideas it could be. He's been in communication with a Northwest Mitsubishi regional rep who is out of ideas.

Any feedback from anyone who has seen or experienced similar?

Does anyone have contact with a Mitsubishi rep who could be of assistance?

My unit came with five year parts and labor warranty and ten year unit warranty.
