I'm a professional remodeling contractor and a homeowner looking for some routine maintenance that I can do on my Heil NTC6100KFA1 furnace and EXD36F19B1 evaporator coil (unsure of condenser at this point). I bought my house a year ago, and discovered that the units were installed in '99. Aside from cleaning the filter, I haven't done any maintenance on the units. They seem like they run fine, and I would like to keep them that way, so that's why I'm asking. I don't get into too much HVAC work, but I'm mechanically inclined, so I'm confident that I can do some cleaning etc. without destroying everything.
